Ordered a velux window via click n collect that was proving hard to find in stock locally. I receiveda call from the branch the next day to inform me it ready to collect. When I arrived it was loaded into my car. Could not have been more impressed with the whole process which was effortless and efficient! Thank you Jewsons

No assistance for disabled customers. Went to warehouse to pick up order to be met by the archetypeal warehouse man. Sullen, miserable, everything-is-too-much-trouble, zero customer service, male that would rather be doing anything other than helping a customer. Counter staff were better, just. No-one wearing mask except me and one other customer. Won't be rushing back, I'll try TPs next time.

Friendly staff, fair prices, good stock and tidy, well organised operation. Yard staff have even offered to help on occasion unlike other merchants where they have been known to hide!Ideally I would give 4.5 stars as sometimes I can source things a little cheaper elsewhere but at at a cost to customer service and time spent on away from site. You get what you pay for in lif and it's nice to have a good merchant so local to me in Wimborne. Cheers.

Fantastic customer service from Jordan Cox at Jewson Wimborne! Jordan was so helpful and offered good professional & friendly advice when planning & ordering our new bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble for Jordan to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. Can highly recommend Jewson for bathrooms & in particular the expertise of Jordan.

I don't write many reviews but felt a definite need to in this case.
