The most professional amazing team that make you feel so welcome and offer the best service. I am not from the area and a work colleague told me that this salon at not long been open and to give it a try and I really could not recommend it enough! Zoe that has done my nails is so lovely and Ellie that runs the salon makes you feel so welcome always offering drinks etc. I can’t wait for my next appointment already the best!

Booked in with Zoe for BIAB. Easy to book online and no issues. Warm welcome from others working there and offer of a drink whilst I waited. Zoe is lovely, chatty, and accomodating. I'm going back to Zoe for my nails and would definitely consider other services offered at Beauty by Ellie in the future. Thank you!

I had a lash lift and tint at this establishment however due to my stubborn lashes the lash lift was not so effective the first time. But after contacting Ellie I was asked to come in again to have them looked at and redone. I left with amazing looking lashes this time round and couldn't be more happier. The staff and the customer service at this salon is truly amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about booking here. Thank you so much once again!

I have previously had my lashes done with Ellie and loved them every time. I trained in lashes myself with a different company however when I found out Ellie was offering training I enquired about refresher training. I am so happy that I did the refresher with Ellie as I now have my confidence back with lashing and enjoy doing lashes again. Ellie was great from start to finish and went over everything I wanted to cover. I can’t thank Ellie enough and I would definitely recommend Ellie for any training.

Had my lashes and brows done! First time going here (apart from the patch test), the girls were lovely and welcoming. Very calming experience with the bed and music. To top it off my lashes and brows are amazing! Lovely location too, with free parking! :)

So thankful to have found Beauty by Ellie while visiting the UK, they worked with me to get me in for a patch test and appointment and I absolutely loved the salon and everyone I met. Eyelashes were superb, everything was clean and perfect, highly recommend if anywhere near Dickens Heath!
