There was no hard selling. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable who took the time to explain varying mattresses which supported me to make an informed decision. I bought two beds and mattresses which i am looking forward to receive.

Great experience, had a few issues over the time frame but the MK store done everything they could to make it as painless as possible with help and advice all over

The in store staff were friendly and efficient. The delivery was on the date promised. In the weeks and days leading up to the delivery, I was constantly kept up to date with the delivery date and time, including a final call on the day.

Maybe I was just unlucky but the overall experience with Benson’s was terrible, to the extent that I wish I’d never crossed their threshold. Bed bought late July, comedy of errors followed, finally ended up with the bed we wanted yesterday, 12th December. Buyer beware.

Excellent service. Delivery was efficient and professional, 2 hour delivery window provided and phoned 30 mins before arriving - as they said they would. The item was delivered to the required room. Not my first time using Bensons for Beds and on all occasions, the same positive experience.

Very good service provided bt Bensons for bed at Milton Keynes.In particular, the salesperson Ali was very patient and honest to answer our queries. We placed our orders quickly and look forward to receiving and using the products to improve our sleep.

I order the wardrobe at March 2023, scheduled for delivery at end of June but fail to deliver. Finally received the item at 30 August 2023, and many parts are broken, and also damaged my wall!

Bought a new bed having moved house. Sales was pretty good as salesperson remembered me from previous visit. Where patient while we went through options. There was a bit of upselling but it’s fair enough and didn’t feel overly pressured to buy anything we didn’t need.Delivery was made on preferred date and was excellent. Very efficient getting items to room of choice, took care with carpets and walls and on leaving gave a few tips to putting things together. Called before hand and delivered in timeframe offered.Overall very happy with purchase

At the showroom, the assistant was caring, knowledgeable and made the purchase very simple. On delivery, the product was well packaged and placed in the correct room. Altogether from A - Z, the service was outstanding.

Most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. It's been 3 months since I went into store to purchase an ottoman bed & mattress. The delivery was long but I accepted that until they turned up on the day of delivery with a broken mattress. Even the delivery driver said they wouldn't accept it & it was clear it was broken before they put it in. They offered £150 compensation (not much on a 2k sale but they refused to give anything further)It's now been just under 4 weeks since then & I had heard nothing about delivery of the new mattress baring in mind I was told it would take a further 2-6 weeks so I call them & I'm told they made another mistake, the delivery driver put it as delivered so they still have not ordered another mattress which for them to do would take 'approximately' another 4 weeks. They refuse any further compensation when I spent just under 2 hours on the phone trying to sort it out, were sleeping on our sofa now because we cannot even use the bed frame at all because they have locked the frame so it's just sitting in our bedroom with the frame open & when I asked to speak to a manager all I'm told is that they won't be able to change anything. Absolutely appalling service. Steer clear of them (I have attached photos I took of the photos the delivery driver took of our mattress which you can clearly see is broken & also is obvious you can see is broken when it was placed there)
