Placed an order, no confirmation, yet payment is still sat in my pending for a week, number on their website is duff

Great company with a lightning fast turnaround for a battery and reseal.

Having had a flags NST watch stop working just shortly after the country went into lock down I had to wait patiently whilst the service centre was understandably closed due to the government guidelines. Once the service centre re opened my watch was promptly repaired and sent back to me within 10 days of posting. Correspondence all the way through the process with Adele. Fantastic customer service and rapid repair. Given the problems I have encountered over the years with other companies and their customer service it was refreshing to deal with such a competent organisation. Will definitely buy Timex watches in the future based on my experienceThanks again

AVOID! Purchased a Timex watch which broke within 2 weeks. Sent it back for repair as advised. Have had my watch over 2 months and have not heard one thing. They profit off producing dodgy timepieces that get returned and never sent back to purchaser. Con artists, not legit. Reported to company watch dog. Avoid like the plague!!

I had the displeasure of dealing with Timex and Carol, who seemed totally displaced when it came to repairing my watch. Not only did they charge me for my repair but then had the audacity to send the item back to me with no works being carried out, with no explanation as to why. It took me over 3-4 months to get my watch repaired . Customer Service/Complaints procedure was terrible and non-existing, they may respond to this attempting to make themselves look as if they tried but safe to say I will be avoiding all Timex/Versace watches in future.
