Forge Medical Practice

I wanted to write a few words about this hospital. I haven't been able to make an appointment with my GP for more than a month, every time I call and hear the same thing, sometimes they don't have free doctors, sometimes they don't have translators, sometimes they just ignore me.

The worst practice ever, they don't care how ill you are and even in emergency cases they don't see you and they never have appointments, even doctors they are the worst they don't even know what they are doing I can't believe this is in Glasgow and am putting a complaint to the MP too.

please do not register at this surgery, you will end up changing it…. i have always troubled getting repeat prescriptions, and to get an appointment is a nightmare unfortunately… can’t explain my frustration in words….

I have depresion and i want kill myself. I ask about help 3 times i call every day but all time the same.. this place dont care about people.

What a lovely bunch of professional new reception staff the Practice has. (im hoping they are permanent). They are truly helpful and cant do enough for you! Im unsure what happened the the old staff (i think Debbie is still there and has always been helpful) but heres hoping the practice eventually started listening to its patrons. You are doing a wonderful job guys - and remember you cant please everyone, but keep on doing what your doing 5* from me and my mum!

This place its a one big joke. instead of a normal visit, I was offered a teleconsultation, for which I waited two days. When didn't pick up the phone because I was working I calledthe GP to call again. I was informed that my teleconsulration has already been canceled and I have to make an appointment again. paying such high taxes, and after the end of the pandemic, I expected a different approach to the patient. God save us all because the NHS is unreliable

WORST OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!! RUDE, UNHELPFUL, GIVE ME THE WRONG INFORMATION EVERY TIME I GO

No response to the calls. Everytime I call for the appointment, they say call at 8;30 in the morning. When I call at 8:30, nobody picks up the call. This place Is a joke. Do not even deserve one star.

I can't count the amount of times I've been left with no meds as this place doesn't take appointments in advance. The stupid rule you phone at half 8 to get an appointment on the day. I did that today AGAIN to be told I'll get a call tomorrow.... What is the point?. Useless! and they can't even give you a time they will phone nor are you able to book an advanced one. They make it impossible for people to get their medication who work. I've put a complaint in and every single time they move the goal posts for me to get my meds I add to it. Worst practice in Glasgow.

Poor management, poor communication, and receptionist (one in particular I call jobs worth) very off hand in her manner. I have to shout across the desk to talk to her. Unacceptable! Everyone can hear the conversation - what happened to confidentiality?!Now they are reviewing everyone on a particular painreleif (codydramol), and have decided to put them on the lesser strength co codomol! They have consulted no one regarding this. This is extremely bias in my opinion. People are individuals and have different conditions and medication requirements , it is unethical to club people together, and it's not about anything other than their medication budget! If I could give no stars I would!
