Waves Hand Car Wash Twickenham

TLDR: Will not recommend anymore to anyone.Long version:Nothing fancy about the place. Went the last time on 03-June-2023. I had booked in advance via app and the price on the app showed £30 for car exterior wash & interior cleaning. Once I reached the site, I was shown a banner by the manager that £35 was the revised price and he said that the app had not got the revised price list yet. Had no choice but to pay up. Felt cheated. Despite this, I found traces of sand on the seats( I had come back from a beach holiday) and a pair of sunglasses which had fallen under driver seat were not seen by the cleaning crew. I still wonder what kind of cleaning they actually did.Sadly this was a convenient location for me and I will need to take my business elsewhere.

I asked for outside of my car to be cleaned only . £20 the boss said. I thought well it better be good for that I only got a small Toyota Corolla . Came back there were smears and dirt still on the car and windscreen. I asked the girl to come over and I showed her , she produced a dirty rag and just made it worse. No apology in fact they were all talking in foreign laughing. Never ever again will I use Waves in Tesco car park Morden lane . The boss wouldn’t even give me a receipt , a right Racket they are running there. Disgusting business.

I wanted a basic clean, women tried to sell me the platinum at £50 which I politely declined, her mood then seemed to switch, lots of attitude. They broke my passenger seat adjustment lever and never informed me or apologised. Volume was turned to the max when I switched the engine on blasting music. The car was cleaned but lots of dirt marks left on the inside.

it is one of the best car washes and the best work, the workers are very smiling, communicative and work very well, they make your car flawless

Good carwash especially for Chauffeurs killing time during the rugby match. Attentive staff and price in line with other Waves outlets.

Great service! Really lovely owner with very good results! My car was clean inside and out for a reasonable price!

I used to go here regularly but have had two unpleasant visits since WAVES took over. The manager is aggressive and rude. And I leave feeling upset. The people who clean the car are lovely and very good at the job.
