Nice shop, slightly overpriced, too bad that the staff is so unfriendly.

Vile ladies working here especially the one who I believe is the manager, showed my son a soft toy but had decided to stop working 30 mins before closing had already cashed up the till so wouldn’t take cash from a previous customer. Then when asked to a price on something said was too busy to do it when all they did was stand around chatting. I believe and want to be the case they wanted to keep themselves to sell or worse still they have zero customer service and clearly don’t care about this charity and in particular helping a child with a toy, and let us walk out without potentially buying something they could’ve been £10 to £15/20 towards the charity (I looked on eBay it took me 15 seconds). With this awful attitude they will sadly cost companies like this so much in charity money and with disgusting attitudes I’d never return.Oh and they decided to close 15 mins early I guess be side they can

Brilliant charity shop in hangleton always open with really friendly staff. What more could you want. You don’t even need to pay 10p for a bag !!!
