I had a bad experience today in the morning with staff, prices, product , customer service skills, manner, honest and loyalty. I had stopped at this garage for my daughter get lunch for school with £10 note. My daughter decided to get 1 sandwich 1 chocolate bar and 1 small peperoni ( supposed to have 5 of them in 1 pack but the shop sell as separately but charge as a pack) 3 items for £7 so my daughter changed her mind and putted sandwich back and get 1 small peperami and 1 bar of chocolate. Staff told the price over £3 my daughter asked for the receipt but he confused to give the receipt for her. My daughter came back to the car and told me about what’s happened and said you preferred sandwich rather than for 2 items for paid over £3.We went back to the shop.Asked for receipt and he seem not happy so I said to him can I change both items for 1 sandwich.He said you can not change.You already walked out the shop!! I said they are not been open yet and he was continuing said bla bla ….so I had enough and said just refund money back to me.He didn’t answer and He asked me to move away to the side so he can serve other customers but there are no manner when he asked.He starting carry on with arguments so I had enough again and said give me my money back!! He told me don’t come back again!! I am very rude to him. I said to him you should do things right in the 1st. Selling things for customers and didn’t give the receipts and cost /charge the price over the real price from the display.How many customers he been served per day. How much he earn into his pocket? If he be honest in the 1st this matter wouldn’t happened.Customer needed to be treat with respect. He didn’t ask the customers do they need receipts or not.He should not get respect from anyone if he didn’t give one.!!!
