Asda Highbridge Superstore

Friendly staff, great choice. But if you shop early around 8.am shelves are not stacked and many items still to be put out.

The whole site looks dirty and unkempt. Foyer crowed and difficult to negotiate. Far too many dot com pickers. Cages being worked. And as for the tills!!! Just one manned. No one using scan and shop.... queue for self scan HUGE! Bad experience

Came to your store today to buy one of your freshly made pizzas.....nobody on the desk so asked another member of staff, when i asked about the pizza desk she looked at me, shrugged and said if nobody is there then they are are on a break- Come back in 30 mins. Came back again in 35 mins......Still closed....in fact looked closed up .Fantastic service guys!!!!!

I had to call into Asda today to return a parcel via Evri and I would like to mention the young girl who went out of her way to help me, she was the only one working where cigarettes etc are sold and she had a long queue of people to see but she done all the work needed to return my parcel and I didn,t have a clue to do it myself.Well done young lady, you deserve a pay rise, I hope your manager appreciates you and knows what a good employee you are.Once again well done .

A bit out of our way but found this to be a lovely new store initially until our most recent visit yesterday evening when we got to the checkouts to find all were closed with the exception of the SELF SERVICE AREA. As we had a trolley full of food we asked the 2 staff stood by self serve if a checkout till could be opened was told no use the self serve as there was no checkout with assistance after 8pm. This was now 8.07pm and we were told to use self serve and for us to manually scan our items ourself whilst 2 members of staff stood watching. We required assistance a couple of times as some items wouldn't scan. We ended up with 5 full bags of food balancing on the packing area. We expressed our concern that this wasn't good customer service and told new policy contact head office. Then asked for store manager. A lady called Penny appeared after we had initially been told there was no manager on that evening! Penny advised yes this was policy but given the amount of shopping we had we could of asked for a till to be opened. Immediately we said we had asked and was told by your staff they wouldn't do that but that hadn't stopped them standing and watching us struggling to pack our bags. Dunno what the hells going on with this branch or if this is across the board but this is not good customer service. Your staff need a talking to and this is not good for business shame on you as you're obviously not thinking about people's jobs.

The shopping experience isn't the best. However, what is the worse, it really puts me off going here and I only live 4 minutes walk away, is the rubbish on the site. Honestly, it is not acceptable. Some of the area has been strimmed and instead of clearing the rubbish they strimmed it and left it! It looks even worse now. Highbridge isn't the best place but unless giants like Asda help to tidy it up it will stay the same.

I was in the store yesterday day shopping for somebody else and couldn't find on the shelves what they asked for.I phoned them to ask about an alternative when a young lady, who was working in the store, overheard my conversation and waved to attract my attention. She pointed to the item on a shelf a mear 4 foot away.She was alert to the customers, keen to help and empathetic enough not to make me feel like a idiot.Top marks for customer service. Nice Asda. Only use this when we are having a break down in Burnham. It's a typical Asda to be honest, clean, friendly staff, lots of choice for most of the things you could need.Never a huge fan of food shopping trips, but it always seems a bit more pleasant when getting a few treats for by the seaside!!!

I went into the Highbridge Asda store today. It was a really good experience I don't use this store often, so navigation is hard but the staff were super helpful and very cheerful. I would especially like to give a mention to the two ladies filling the yoghurt section. They actually came to find me after they found the yoghurt I wanted. All in all I am very impressed and will try to use more often

Useless! Every time I come here for basic ingredients they don’t have it. The last visit was for Havana Club rum- a leading brand. Guess what, they didn’t have any. Unless you want milk or bread, avoid!
