Beyond a joke. Been waiting ages for a prescription even know I order every month. Finally picked up today and its the wrong medication with the wrong name! After weeks of waiting I'm fed up. People need their meds. I've had a few problems. Fed up and it's my closest one! Improvement needs to be made. Only been given someone's epilepsy medication by mistake! So that person might be without.

Always running short of medication so you have to make a second visit for the rest of your medication. I phoned up one day asked if my prescription was ready and was told yes I went there and they couldn’t find it

I visited the pharmacy in Caia Park today. I was shocked to hear how the pharmacist spoke to her member of staff. In front of service users the pharmacist shouted at the staff member for hoovering...making too much noise apparently. I have to say I really felt for this member of staff and I was offended by the pharmacists manner. Disgraceful, shame on you.

Don't use this chemists if you need regular medication you won't ever get on time and always blame the doctors for their failure. Rude is an understatement.

Really slow process of getting a prescription and make your prescription up even if they don't have all the items so you can't take your prescription elsewhere so if you really need that item you have to go back the next day or when ever they can order it in for.
