Very disappointed with this cex store for many reasons : I went there a few months ago to buy some doctor who dvds, changed my mind a few weeks after and decided to try and return a few of them, I was told I couldn't return them as you only have two days to return goods from change if mind, that annoyed me but I went there early this week and attempted to buy a james bond DVD (For your eyes only) I had checked online 2 minutes before I entered the store and it stated they had it in stock at this store, got there couldn't find the DVD case on the shelf, so I went to the counter to make sure they had it, they were stating that if they have a DVD in stock the case will be on the shelves which isn't the case at all as numerous times I have been and they haven't had it on the shelf, but on the side collecting dust turns out they didn't have the case but only the DVD which is pointless as it a collectors set and the spine makes up a logo, very disappointed and will not be returning in a hurry. Do better cex

Great cex lots of retro and older games in stock, friendly and helpful staff would recommend to anyone looking for a bargain, much better than the Worcester store

Had a faulty RTX 3090, I bought it online but the in store team were incredibly helpful, assessed it and returned it for me, very good experience

Be careful buying anything too expensive from CEX as you only have 2 days to return if your not happy. I brought a Steam Deck for £475 for my son and a fault developed within 11 days. I did attempt to get a refund but as it didn't show a fault when they done a very basic test on it they refused. My son who knows more about technology than anybody did his very best to explain that the fault was happening intermittently but they just assume we where mistaken about the fault. They just haven't got the expertise to deal with tech faults, but that's to be expected from a franchise where you receive 12 weeks training before you buy a CEX to run. They are only just about ok for cheap games, phones and selling stuff cheap to them you don't need. Buy your tech new from somewhere like Argos instead, where they actually honor the 30 day refund.

Over priced, smells like stale sweat and disappointment. Give nothing for your items yet resell at 5 times if not more than what they offer you.

Won't ever be buying something from here again - and this was my first time, Staff are rude and products are sub par, bought a phone that just didnt work for me, 48 hrs to return something and you won't get your money back within that time - only store credit, disgusting customer service

I recently upgraded my mobile phone and went to CeX to see if they would buy my old one. I had already given myself a benchmark price of £20.00 or better, otherwise I would put it on eBay instead. CeX offered me £42.00 cash or £54.00 store credit. I was delighted and took the cash. Note that it is a 40 minute process while they check the phone over. I did make sure that the phone was boxed as new with all the original accessories, and a spare screen protector as they take the one that's on the phone off. Also, make sure that the EMEI numbers and bar codes are clearly legible. I put clear tape over the ones on a new phone as they can rub off in use making the phone unsaleable. I can highly recommend CeX.

Dirty place. Went in to look at buying a macbook. There was literally slime and grime handing out the ports on the side of the MacBook. Sticky finger prints all over the keyboard. If you're selling an expensive item, at least clean it before hand. Disgusting.
