It took over 15 minutes for a bucket for one and a wrap without having too many customers atm. Fries were cold and soggy, wings had a rancid taste and coleslaw was sour. Like rotten sour. I'll def not eat again from here

Usual motorway services outlet. Food was cooked fresh and staff were pleasant (even when someone was moaning about the wait) however....The portion sizes need looking at. Large 12 pieces meal came with minimal popcorn chicken and coleslaw. Luckily was just myself and not an actual family

Stopped on a work journey and change of driver. Very busy as its a motorway services but was clean and food was good!Plenty of seating, and loads of parking! Again as this was a motorway services.May visit again if I stopped here but would make a special visit!

Once order was placed and food getting ready witnessed staff holding the assembled box up to their face and talking into it at point blank , had to be told to replace the box ,also to put it into the bin instead of just setting it aside for another unfortunate customer, wouldn't rate hygiene at all , food order was supposed to be a bonless fillet box with one piece and instead got two coated sinew grease fat and bone pieces. Staff then proceed to have a good giggle about their actions. Senior staff would be better setting an example instead of joining in with such behaviour , more hospitality training required throughout.
