don't help whatsoever

Cannot reach the Glasgow Dist council tax office online. no one to speak to shambles of a council. You need a reference number to chat live that’s what I’m trying to find.

Terrible service that many unhelpful, rude advisors provide. If you need help from them during covid, assume they are not going to do what they say they will. I was acting on the assumption that they are competent, and it's cost me about £1400 so far. They lose forms and cut off the phone instead of transferring you, and provide incorrect contact info. Good luck to you if you need them for anything, I've been trying to sort out one thing since July and they can't even manage that one thing. And even though it's their mistake entirely, they don't intend to do anything about it
