Nails and Lashes by Annie

I came across nails & lashes by Annie as I had an eyelash extension drama 1 day before I was visiting Poole for a wedding. I called on the day and she was so accommodating to my emergency and managed to fit me in. I received a very high level of service and my lash top up / fixing has been great for 2 weeks now. I just wished I lived closer as I’d make her my go to for lashes

I had a set of acrylics put on back in December and they were done beautifully. ( they are still going strong after a month! )I was able to book my self in very last minuet, and Annie and her husband were very accommodating!I would definitely recommend and come again, once lockdowns over.

Annie was lovely at my appointment however I had lashes done and the quality of them was not good but even worse she did not carry out a glue test to which I had an allergic reaction and ended up having to have antihistamines, I called her to let her know to which she said I'm so sorry but what can I do!!!!? Not even a refund, I now feel I have to take it further, shame

Visited Annie for first time fir bitten nail treatment. Annie suggested very short nails so I get used to them. Plus gave me lots of tips to help look after my new nails. Great service, will be back!

Whilst Annie is a lovely lady and very accommodating taking bookings at short notice on a Sunday, I feel compelled to write this review as I am so shocked at the service I received. I booked in to see Annie for an acrylic set removal which I got done at another salon. Annie ripped off each acrylic nail with no prior soaking, which was a really painful experience. Not only that, two nails were pulled so hard, half of my natural nail also came off, leaving me bleeding. With no real apology or concern, she continued to paint over the blood (!) and then charge me £15 for it. I could have ripped them all off myself to be honest but I went to a salon to get them done professionally. Really disappointed as my nails are now ruined and will be for at least a few weeks until they have grown back. I understand that acetone is not good for your nails (which Annie did explain), but I’m not sure how this method is any better!!!

I had a full set of individual lashes. Annie was absolutely lovely and her home and studio were immaculate. She was amazing at accommodating the time and date I wanted. The whole set took less than an hour and the result is AMAZING. I absolutely love them and will 100% be returning for in-fills when needed. Truly professional and a delight to talk to. I would highly recommend Annie to anyone thinking of eyelash extensions.

Such a lovely lady with excellent results. Really chatty and funny, kind and welcoming into her fabulous home with her lovely poodles! Works very quickly and produces perfect nails. Absolutely fabulous job for my hen do, wedding and beyond! So accommodating at short notice. Highly recommended.

I went to Annie just over a week ago for my first ever set of eye lash extensions!She is such a lovely lady and the service was splendid. I am in love with my eye lashes for she produced the exact style I requested.I would recommend to any friend!X

I really hate to leave a bad review as Annie was a really lovely lady and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment, however the quality of the lashes has left me feeling really disappointed especially after I paid £50. I had my lashes done on the Wednesday ready for a wedding on the Sunday, one eye I was missing half the lashes the make up artist had to fill them in just so they looked half decent for the wedding day with a pack she had brought from Boots, also my lashes didn't match one didn't look too bad the other one the lashes was all sticking out in another direction. The lashes felt really heavy and like I had layers of dried mascara on them they felt so hard, not natural and light like I would expect. I am more upset at the cost of the lashes in comparison to the quality and the fact it hasn't even been a week and I need to get the remaining few removed.
