I’ve been quite a few times now for various treatments (back massage, gel nails, eyebrow threading and dye and most recently classic eyelashes). Sakina can always fit me in and whatever I have done is always fantastic quality!

Worst salon I've ever experienced!!!The first time I came, they had over booked and had a client having a facial done in the middle of the front room. Because of this, when walking in, I got automatically shushed when saying hi and put in the back room by the coats, a ladder and in the dark. As a first time client, this was a terrible act from the manager.9 times out of ten, my appointment has never been on time. Every time you walk in it is extremely awkward as the salon is always over booked which means there is no where to sit.It has also been noticed that hand sanitiser is not regularly used throughout and in between clients.I have only been returning as I enjoy the company and work of Elia, my nail lady, otherwise I would not return due to such bad experiences and not feeling welcomed.When addressing this issue with the salon, my next appointment (which is in TWO DAYS) has now been cancelled and been told to find a different salon by the manager. Due to this situation, I have now received an extremely unprofessional message from the manager herself.Would not recommend this place to anyone and instead advise to avoid this salon with a wide birth!

Lovely service and treatment from Sakina today. Hands & Toes gels and eyebrow shape. Prices are so reasonable and the result of the treatments are gorgeous. Has set me up properly for events I am attending this week and I'll be using this salon for all my treatments ahead of my wedding in the summer. Lucy x

I went and had my lashes done this morning and I am so so happy with the results! It is exactly what I asked for and they look incredible. Oleisa did my lashes and the experience was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep! Not to mention this is one of the only times I have had my lashes done and my eyes have not been irritated after. 10/10 if you are looking to get your lashes done, reasonably priced for hybrids too. I will be booking an infill xx

I've been twice and both times the nail art I've asked for (based on my reference pictures) has been exceptionally done. Really happy.Both times I have been cut and my finger has bled but besides that it's a solid job for some great nail art.

I recently had my Brow Lamination and Lash Lift done at Radiant Beauty by Sona and they're amazing - they were so professional and lovely and I love my new eyes. I've not needed any makeup for over a week now and they still look perfect. Also, fabulous gel nails and toes for my holiday! Thanks so much - I love all my treatments so far and will definitely be back for more! x

i booked here for a holly wood and full leg wax for my holiday. firstly the booking was really misleading as i booked for hot wax but she used the strips for majority of it. secondly on the hollywood wax she was picking the edges of the wax and ripping it off in small movements, meaning what should have been one quick removal meant 4/5 little removals which meant it was extremely painful. i had to ask her to stop halfway and leave the rest as we were 30 minutes in to the hollywood and i had never experienced a wax as painful, to which i was told she couldnt do it properly because i was flinching (but i was flinching because it was honestly the most painful, slow wax removal ive ever had) the salon was nice enough but the wax room was dingy with a small bed in the back. the lady was nice but if this had been my first wax experience i would be traumatised for life. wouldnt recommend unfortunately!! had to get the job finished elsewhere

Had my eyebrows waxed and hybrid eyelash extensions done here and the service was great, i felt very relaxed and cared for & the treatments are the best ive recieved.I recommend this salon for your beauty treatments you will not regret it.
