A very nice woodland, the walk was shorter than expected but went through a variety of terrains. Some lovely spots along the way to take in the beautiful scenery. Very peaceful for solo or couples walks, but also plenty of adventure for a family woodland walk. The 'road' leading to the car park is rough and filed with deep pots holes, would not recommend on a wet day, either way be careful if you're not driving a 4x4 or similar.

Gorgeous patch of forest a stone's throw from London, I've been visiting this place since I was a child.Very peaceful and not busy at all. We visited on a Saturday around 2pm and it was very quiet. Lovely place to have a picnic, there are lots of places to sit and many beautiful, secret paths to walk.

I love gobions wood. I grew up here scaling the trees and living the life of the secret 7. I still stroll through bluebells wood now with my children. Amazing beauty spot. The only slight issue is pathetic disgusting dog owners which can leave parcels of ignorance around for you to step in but hey... Those idiots are everywhere I guess.

Beautiful Woods with lots of natural paths and easy off piste routes. Toilet and carpark facilities - tho bring ur own loo roll. A real gem of a find while waiting for my pet to have day treatment at the RVCS.

Lovely place to walk the dogs and children. Small free car park but it does get busy. Large grass area in front of car park and children's play area here. Can walk down to the woods. big fishing lake on site and a stream runs through it. No public facilities on site. Nit suitable for wheelchairs

Short walk from either the car park or Brookman park station. plenty of bluebells on display. Very very muddy after rain - if wet Gumboots or hiking boots a must. Fishing permitted with permit. Nice walk and lovely to hear the birds, owls and nature. Dog was able to be off lead for most of the walk.See picture of walking routes. Note: NO toilets.

A very beautiful place. Its a perfect place to go and be walking for hours, its full of nature, woods, lakes and animals. If you like hiking I truly recomend it, and if you have dogs go and run with them, they will love it for sure.

Great if you live close by and want a walk in a small woodland. Fishing possible with permits. Play area in a field attached to the woodlands. Dog friendly.
