If I could rate this worse I would. Petrol pumps nozzles are faulty causing petrol to spew out the side of my car not auto shutting off. I am now covered in petrol. To top of off there was no sand anywhere on the forecourt to throw on the fuel. Terrible petrol station.

Good petrol price and nice staff

Usual petrol station but was served by possibly the rudest assistant (Rosalia) I can remember in hundreds of petrol stations across the world . Would think time for some well needed customer service training surely taking payment for fuel shouldn't be the end of the world.

If you need a quick stop for anything good place to stop. Petrol is over priced compared to other garages in the area. Staff friendly.

Went in 23/09/23 - I have lived in Bournemouth since 1994, and this was my first ever visit. We bought petrol, a bottle of Oasis and I got a Hot Chocolate from the Costa machine, which my partner took the ticket for, in order to pay at the cash desk (which they did). We got in the car and was leaving the forecourt area, when we were chased by the raggedy assistant who served my partner, who was shouting repeatedly that I hadn’t paid for my “coffee”. We stopped and I wound down the window and said “it’s a hot chocolate, I haven’t got a coffee”. She said “well you haven’t paid for it”. I said “no I hadn’t, but they had” (pointing to my partner). She looked through the car to the drivers seat and said: “oh yeah”, and walked off back to the kiosk. This is the same woman who served my partner, and had she been more interested in serving the customers than chatting to her colleague, she would have been more on the ball. I have never, in 47 years of drawing breath, been so insulted by being accused of stealing a hot chocolate, and not even a meaningful apology. Absolutely shocking.

Decent staff, not bad price on fuel. The cooper dean roundabout as well as littledown roundabout make this a very well placed one too if you want to join Wessex Way/A338
