Collected my new Transalp last week, a very happy day indeed. Thanks a million to Lloyd Honda Carlisle and especially; Ken Graham. Having worked in sales for many years, I know how demanding customers can be. Nevertheless, Ken & his team handled my questions and demands with care and a very high attention to detail. I was able to test ride a bike prior to placing my order and they always responded promptly to all my questions and really went the extra distance when asked to fit some additional parts to my new bike. Just wish I had bought my motorbikes from these guys years ago.

Excellent choice of New and used bikes, competitive prices, all bikes in the showroom appear as new. Workshop facilities also available. Salesman was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, wouldn't hesitate to buy a bike here.

I had gone to there showroom with full intention of buying a bike. As I walked round the showroom I saw a bike that got my attention. I stopped to look at the bike that was just outside the salesman office but the salesman sat in his office talking to another salesman from BMW and swaring was not nice and unwelcoming. I had to ask the salesman about the bike to get his attention but he wasn't interested and I even told him I wanted to pay cash £13000 sale and still didn't want to sale the bike to me. I thanked him for his time and walked away, a taller well dressed man got his full attention as I walked away and from that I worked out that the salesman had just judged me on my height and how I looked. I've now bought a bike from elsewhere and I suggest others should do the same. Thank Honda for making me feel terrible.

Thank you Ken at Lloyd Honda Carlisle. From the first call I put in to the collection of my bike it all went to plan, due to the great customer service from Ken and the team. I travelled over 5 hours, so wasn't able to view bike beforehand in person, so Ken kindly done a walk around video, and gave all details about the bike. It was exactly as advertised. I've enjoyed the bike so much, already put a 1000 miles on it within the week. Would recommend this dealership, especially Ken.

Highly recommend anyone looking at buying a bike from Lloyds seek out Ken, as he is by far the best salesman in any bike shop I've come across, never pushy or pressuring, always got back to me promptly and politely, nothing seemed to much trouble, it really was smooth sailing. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience from just popping in for a chat with Simon about bikes & training to ordering my new bike to collecting my new bike.Simon explained everything and who is best be speaking to regards training & put me in contact with their Honda approved school of motoring who I completed my training with. Popped in after my pass on my module two to let Simon know I’d passed and asked when I may be able to arrange to ride away on my new bike. Si got my new bike ready in just a couple of days. Nothing was any trouble & communication was fantastic throughout. I’d recommend Lloyd Honda & Si to deal with. Totally amazing.
