We went today to this mobile lab in Beeston, (Nottingham, UK) where we bought a phone. We were taken care of by an honest, kind, professional and very patient person. His name is Reece (we asked his name as we wished to write this review so much our experience was amazing!) It isn't always the case unfortunately to be served in any phone stores by people who know their subject as much as he does. Everything was smooth and easy with him! Buying a new phone, with him felt like a walk in the park can you believe!? This from the beginning to to end. We hope you can be served by Reece when you go there. You will definitely confirm what we are taking the time to write here today. If you are in the area please just go see him even if it is for you a little detour..it'll be worth it. We will absolutely go back to see Reece again and nobody else next time we will be in town when visiting our family here in the UK. Reno in Mobile Lab Beeston was so kind and helpful. I needed something to change my nano sim into a normal-sized sim, and a pin to press into the phone to click out the sim tray. Reno provided both free of charge!

Rang and spoke to Reece about a new screen for my Xiaomi mi11. I had tried many places in my area and online but always let down by them not calling me back or making false promises that never materialised! Not only did Reece manage to locate a glass for my phone but he also called me back as promised with all of the details and with fitting times that would suit me. The glass was fitted, an excellent job, my phone looks like new and I am extremely pleased with the result. I must say that Reece is a real asset to his company, quite unique compared to my dealings with other phone repair shops. I know who and where to go in future.

Just took my iPhone 12 Pro to Mobile Labs Beeston. The screen was completely smashed and phone completely unusable. Reece did a perfect job putting in a refurbished Apple screen and now it’s as good as new. He even tidied up some scuffs on the edge at no extra charge. Broken off end of earphones removed from the port quickly and cheaply. They contacted me to let me know when the repair was complete. Can’t fault the service. Thank you!

I was served today by a young man called Habib. I came in wanting my screen replaced and my charging port fixed for an Iphone 12 Pro Max. He gave me a run down of what it would cost and was extremely polite and kind. He was able to get his colleague to clean out my charging port instead of replacing it which saved me £55 which was amazing. Incredibly quick service, i even went WHsmith to buy a book for the wait but by the time i got back he had already completed the repair. I'm always wary of phone repair shops as i've had some bad experiences in the past but this shop will be my go to for all future repair needs.
