Good place for getting your car sorted

I took my old Hyundai into this site for a recall safety check. Even though I was late due to traffic staff looked after me. On arrival, I commented on how the seating was quite some distance from the disabled parking. When the workshop had finished with my car, the young lady on the service desk mature, she parked my car closer to where I was seated.

Visited this dealership twice now - the first time shopping for our own car (didn't purchase) and today with elderly grandparents looking to downsize.The whole experience was about as positive as you could ask for: we were greeted on arrival by a member of staff who immediately found us a sales rep to talk to; he (Jack) was fantastic. Patient, thorough, absolutely no pressure but very attentive. We also had contact with several other staff (all friendly and helpful) including the sales manager, who was only too happy to talk us through various options, and try to find us a deal that worked for us.The whole atmosphere was pleasant and friendly, and the comfy waiting area with drinks and biscuits was very much appreciated, especially by my gran! Staff kept checking in on her, demonstrating much more care and customer service than you find in many other places. Wholly impressed with the experience from start to finish.

We purchased our new Hyundai Tuscon from Sturgess.Lisa dealt with us she was brilliant.She talked us through what we needed to know,and set up our test drive.Couldn't fault the service,and after our test drive we concluded the deal with our p/x.Straight forward no pressure,sorted service plan too !An easy to deal with company,look forward to the coming years and our new Tuscon,and continued relations with Sturgess Hyundai.

I placed an order on 2/8/2023 and paid for the items, was told it was next day delivery maybe the day after as items came from different depots. Called this dealership on 4/8/2023 to enquire about progress of my order, I could not talk directly to parts dept as no option was offered, the person I spoke to said they would pass on the message, no reply forthcoming. I called again on 5/8/2023 again I was told message would be passed on, once again no reply. I called again on 8/8/2923 again same reaction. On 9/8/2023 I called the accounts department to ask about a refund for undelivered items, this finally got a reaction. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and professional however there would appear there is a communication problem.

Always helpful and car returned clean. A bit unfortunate that when went into dealer reversing camera was working, next day it wasn't and its going to cost me 140plus per hour for them to look at it. :(

Such a nice place to go, you're made welcome from the moment you walk through the door, good selection of cars to choose from and the process of purchasing a car went smoothly. Highly recommended

Friendly helpful staff. I'm used to driving on a compound but was a bit surprised they asked me to pick the car up from their compound, would have thought someone would have brought it out, other than that good place
