Shocking customer service/ unhelpful

The women who works at this shop has a major attitude problem. Makes you feel like you're stealing money when you win a bit. Very little in the way of customer service, the rest of the staff do there job and just get on with what they are paid for. When there has been an issue of verbal abuse between customers the woman member of staff deals with members of the public like dirt. It appears to depend on how much you lose on whether she is civil with an individual.
