Thornbury Self Storage
I have been storing things here for a number of years and have been very happy with the service. The family who own and run the business are always friendly and helpful. The site is very clean and tidy and there are always trollies and sack trucks available. There is plenty of parking, and it is easy to park near to the storage units. I rent some shelving for my unit. The shelving is very sturdy and I have found it very useful. I would not hesitate to recommend Thornbury Self Storage. In fact, I have recommended them to a friend, and they too were very pleased with the service.

I have been using Thornbury self storage for just under a year. What a professional friendly team you guys are.Very thorough and answered any queries I had at the beginning, and always there to help or on the phone if you needed anything.The container itself was clean and dry and all our belongings were in perfect condition (including sofas) when we emptied it.Thankyou again!

The whole experience with Thornbury Self Storage has been excellent. From setting up the account, storing our items and then removing them we had a great journey. We were amazed how efficient and well organised everything was and were also surprised at how reasonable the rates were (favourable to elsewhere - by a margin). We found a friendly environment and one that was extremely helpful too. 100% recommended!

Everything from the initial enquiry, to leaving the unit after 3 months, has been wonderful!The place is really secure, clean.Heather has been very helpful with advising the moving company, which I have used and they were great!(FYI - Thornbury storage offer removal of any unwanted items from the storage unit as well)I would highly recommend this company!

Difficult circumstances meant that my belongings had to go into storage for 6 weeks, at fairly short notice.Heather, at Thornbury Self Storage, could not have been kinder, or more helpful, dealing with the situation.The storage unit was dry, vermin free and very clean. I don't have any other experience of using facilities such as this, but everyone made it as stress free as possible.Lovely, caring people.
