Richard was so credibly patient with me, as there was a lot of back and fourth with the details of our trip. He never rushed us to make a decision . It was all such a natural process of communication. He answered all our questions promptly and kept us apprised of every request, even though our vacation is not until later next year. I look forward to leaving another review upon our return.

I have booked a holiday to Romania with Travel Goals and the booking procedure went very smoothly. I don’t live near the travel agency itself so all communication has been via messenger and email. All the documents so far have been very thorough and I am looking forward to my visit.I cannot thank Joanne Baker enough. I have never booked online before but Joanne made everything so easy. I had a brilliant holiday, everything went smoothly. The accommodation was in a great location and the trips out were just what I was looking for. I can highly recommend, thank you, Travel Goals UK.

Hanoi and Phuket I want to leave great review as it is worth to go around the globe to see something different. Loved, loved, loved Vietnam; nature, hotel very good. Food fabulous!!! I advise to eat local as it is freshly made and healthy. Locals are so friendly. I would also advice to use massage parlors so cheap and amazing feeling coming out from massage. Travel agent Joanna from Travelgold.uk did amazing job, organizing from stepping off from Dublin airport to coming back home. Huge thank you to Joanna.

I’ve recently come back as a solo traveller from a holiday to Romania booked with Travel Goals, and what an amazing holiday I’ve had!! Was provided with a centrally located hotel in a beautiful city and couldn’t thank Travel Goals enough, particularly Joanne for all the help I had! Communication was efficient and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely visit Bucharest again and i recommend Travel Goals for anyone wanting to book a holiday!

We booked a trip to Romania/Transylvania some time ago. My first impression of Hotel Christina was that it was very basic but the place was spotless, the room had plenty space, the beds tilted, complimentary water each day, the breakfasts were fab and served to a decent time of day i.e. 11am. The staff were so nice and helpful too. We wouldn't hesitate to go back!Bucharest itself is a city of contradictions - on one street alone you can see grand buildings, abandoned buildings and grey, boring communist buildings and if you come to terms with that, you will fall in love Romania as we did. The people were so friendly and welcoming and the food and drink are fantastic!The day trip to Peles Castle, Bran Castle and Brašov is a LONG day but so worth it. The drive through the Carpathians is a delight in itself. The scenery is outstanding!

I cannot say anything about the trip itself yet as we still have 3 months to go, but Steve’s customer service has been second to none. He was very patient, understanding, flexible, giving us great deals with plenty of options to choose from. This is the first time I used a travel agent (and online), but he was the only one I felt I could completely trust. We are looking forward to our family trip - so far - we are in great hands. Thank you Steve.

Romania , what a beautiful country highly recommend a visit.The people are so lovely meet so many wonderful people who showed me some amazing sites , made a few firm friends should I ever visit again .Highlight being Castelu Bran castle , bram stokes Count Dracula and The amazing peles castle . This is my first time booking with Travel Goals and I have been very impressed with the service. I booked from Ireland to Krakow and Kara was so very patient with any queries or problems I had. I made a few changes to the booking and Kara sorted everything with no hassle for me. I will certainly be booking with them again as it such a pleasure to deal with people who have such good customer service and great value.So thanks again to Kara and also Simon for the great service.
