Brought my Labrador to Millies salon to get her nails clipped. My dog can be very difficult when having her nails trimmed. Lesley was very professional and supportive. I am so grateful for her advice and support. thank you

Highly recommend Millie’s grooming salon, service was excellent. Took our German shepherd puppy Tess for her first ever groom back last autumn. When we collected her she was lovely and clean, smelt good, coat shiny and groomed. Lesley was so friendly, customer service faultless, have taken Tess back a 2nd time and will be booking her in again end of this month , beginning of next . Prices are really reasonable , we’ll worth it.

Wow, what an Amazing find took my Labrador Willow to Millie's for a wash and cut and she looked fantastic when I picked her up. Been fed up going to chain Groomer, definitely get the personal touch at Millie's and would highly recommend. See you soon for Willow next wash and cut.

Took our fur babie’s for a groom and they can back looking even more handsome than we could’ve expected. 11/10 absolutely love! Plus they got to have a little play in the day care centre and I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to leave

Had checks when dropping my Cavapoo off was told no tangles or knots to be found. She is well brushed daily so wouldn’t expect any. But on picking her up found the had shaved her face completely saying she was matted. Also said they need permission before shaving which they did not get from me. Could understand if they found a Matt underneath where it possibly could have been missed but to say her face was matted was a lie. Then charged me extra saying she took longer than an hour to groom. Which was not discussed before leaving her. I left so upset. My poor dog was raw in places where they did so short on her face. Took all her teddy bear look away. Absolutely butchered her. Will never go back please avoid. My dog is brushed properly have been to other salons and never once had an issue. Never once been told she is not brushed properly. Never found matting. Lied to cover up bad grooming and mistakes made. Disgusting
