Well Pharmacy

Had to visit as run out of regular medication and had not received text it was ready.Went on Sat 16th and after waiting a short time in a small queue was told to come back at 15:30.Returned and was told they had now found my prescription but it would not be ready till 16:30.At 16:30 a queue of about 8 was there.Only two people were taken and at about 17:15 those remaining were told the shop was shutting.They were closed on Monday and I went back today.The eventually found my prescription and I said I needed them and would wait.30 minutes later I received my pills.I was without medication for 2 days.Each time I visited someone was complaining and staff were no help whatsoever, rude and dismissive.This morning there was 6 staff on and people were still waiting.Some of the staff appeared to be little occupied.Poor poor service I have moved to another pharmacy.

Called 10 times to try n establish whether I’d receive my antipsychotic today and no one is replying. It’s 10:46 in the morning! Bad service

Very friendly staff. Usually get prescription within 10-15 mins. Much faster than Asdas and more attentive, pleasant staff. Wide range of products.

Visited shop, waited 15 minutes as the end of a que of 6 people. Once person serving but on phone to gp. Pharmacist and technician behind the counter. By this time eight other people were also queued outside. While waiting saw what I needed, but empty Box, took it to the counter eventually , staff member reached for similar box behind counter, it was empty, she told me they had no stock. So they keep boxes on shelf that they have no stock of. Used to work here 13 yrs ago when the Co-op, happy good place to work, we all mucked in including the pharmacist. Regularly had secret shoppers making us on our knowledge and service. Will never visit her ever again.

Now that the Covid-19 Restrictions no longer apply, the services have returned to their usual good service, for me as a regular customer anyway & they do always have some good bargains on toiletries.

Kept waiting a lot longer than normal " customers my partner collects my daily prescription admin unable and I've went to take Sunday prescription ( which i had at home with them being shut on Sunday i only to realise they hadn't given him it. He's got dyslexia and takes s face value that a pharmacy won't keep making Amateur mistakes. I've now had to go without 6 lifesaving drugs now to which deprement I don't know as I take them religiously every day m my partner is on a daily script also and due the queue long outside he let some elderly people go in front of him only to be told when it was his turn to wait outside (because it was a methadone script) this is systematic in this pharmacy

Used to be good but lately have been behind with dispensing, losing prescriptions and do not answer the phone.Having said that the staff that work at the counter try their best to help and are always polite

As a contractor working in the shop Thursday 21st December, I observed extremely high demand for prescriptions. The shop was busy with customers all day and the friendly, hard working staff were dedicated to providing the best service possible during the Christmas rush. Very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Twice they’ve cancelled my repeat prescription which has left me with no medication, feeling dizzy and collapsing, get a new prescription from doctors, go in and say I’m waiting as I require them, to be told no, it won’t be ready before 1100 hrs the next day
