Just had the best experience from these guys. Made an enquiry to see if they can beat some online prices for a 65 inch sony and sonos package. Had a reply from Chris within minutes.....not only matching but beating the online prices by over £100. No deposit asked for, i collected 2 days later as promised. To my suprise the price agreed had been further reduced by £120. This just doesnt happen!In a world where customer service is pretty much none existant these guys have offered the most incredible service and to top it off everything has a 6 year warrenty!!My only regret is that i didn't find out about them before now. Absolutely brilliant!

We came in for a demo and we were given an opportunity to listen to the speakers that have been suggested by Gilbert. Gilbert has done an excellent job at making sure that we purchase the speakers that we will be happy with. He was also happy for us to listen to a different amp and subwoofer than what was originally suggested. I am very pleased with the whole process, and I highly recommend Richer Sounds Milton Keynes.

Absolutely excellent service from the team at MK. Spoke to Chris via email who helped me with my TV and bracket choice. He also honoured a deal that had expired a couple of days previous.When I collected the TV I was confident they were following covid guidelines and they helped get the TV to my car.Overall, very happy with my purchase

Great service from Chris today, no hassle rapid replacement of a faulty LG remote including posting it so I didn't have to visit the store (a 45 mile round trip) to collect.They were also very helpful when I originally purchased the TV, cheaper than John Lewis and with a 6 year warranty, why go anywhere else?

The ONLY place to go, if you want to deal with people who love what they do and as a result know what they are talking about.I dealt with Chris, Mark and Richard at the MK store and they were all excellent. I arranged a demo of the kit I was interested in.They were set up and ready for me when we arrived and then helped me taking the boxes to the car; having price matched another retailer and beaten both the prices by £10 each.You really shouldn't go anywhere else.

Customer service from MK and Richer Sounds in general is outstanding. The real test of a business is when you report a problem: how do they handle it?After 2-years of use, my receiver no longer works (it is covered by 6-year warranty). RS first arranged a pick-up (no cost to me) and returned it a few days later. Unfortunately, it worked but only for a day or so! Took it to MK branch, confirmed problem and it is currently with the repair team. I am confident they will find a fix or, otherwise, an alternative solution.The team at RS is a fine example of how to run a business. Focus on your customers and you'll build brand loyalty. For my part, I won't go anywhere else!

Purchased a Freesat box today, the staff were very helpful and friendly and it was the best price that I had found. A 6 year warranty with the money back at the end if it hasn't been used is a real bargain!

Very professional customer service! I have phoned the store to check for stock availability before I traveled from a different town. As soon I entered the store I felt very welcoming. We have been clearly instructed how the product works best for our needs. At the purchase we were served by Adam who was also very caring. Highly recommended!
