Unprofessional. Terrible waiting times whether you've booked an appointment or not. Booked an appointment and my waiting time was well over 40 minutes than my appointment time. Go elsewhere if you can.

The problem with a fiction, they deal in policies whereas I deal with feelings emotions and intuition. I ain’t no robot, that one policy works for every man and woman, if u never get a message they send u? They cancel ur medications cause the policy says so. So if the policy says I’m not going to die? Does that mean my body will just listen to a peace of paper? Bunch of idiots, that think policies can run a real man and woman’s lives. Pathetic!

Can't get an appointment! Saying They won't book more than a week in advance and thats for a phone appointment not to actually get what I need!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Should be illegal to stop people getting their contraception.
