YOUR OUT OF HOURS SERVICE IS S**T!YOUR CALL HANDLER CLAIRE REFUSED TO SEND A PLUMBER FOR AN EMERGENCY LEAK FROM THE TOILET CISTERN. WATER ALL OVER THE FLOOR, SLIP RISK, PLUS A HEALTH RISK BECAUSE OF DIRTY WATER THAT WE CAN'T FLUSH AWAY.SORT IT OUT!YOUR CALL HANDLER WAS RUDE, AND JUST HUNG UP ON ME!I have been a Broadland tenant for nearly a decade.

Brought my first property through Broadland housing, shared ownership.I’ve had nothing but problems since living here, I listed all the defects when moving in, I’ve lived here for a year and a half and still waiting for these to be completed. I was given a date to get these fixed, took the day off work so lost a days holiday, sat indoors all day and no one showed up at all. No contact to tell me why, I’m furious. I’ve never once left a bad review, ever but feel this is so relevant for how I’m feeling seeing as I don’t seem to get responses through the company itself.

Bodge job broadland, always an issue when a Tennant needs help. No heating for 2 weeks, booked on tenants online and wanted to fix it in a month. Called them to try and get a repair sooner which they did do but no one turned up or called to say they were not coming. Called to try and get sorted and even though lines open at 8 got told to call back at 9 and speak with someone else. I bet if I didn't pay my rent they would be on my case! Still no heating, still no repair booked

I have been a tenant of Broadland Housing for just over four years. They have been great and deal with any emergency repairs quickly. Other more basic repairs do take a long time but this is to be expected when they have so many properties to look after. In my experience the staff are all friendly and professional when dealing with queries. The engineers and workmen that have attended any repairs in my home have all been prompt to arrive and polite. As someone who has rented privately previously and dealt with some terrible landlords I can honestly say this has been the most stress free four years I have had. Thank you Broadland for offering me a property with affordable rent and stability for my family.

My friend has just been told she has to move out with 4 month old baby and it's all over 1.47 short on tbr arrears! You're the most horrible housing association ever. We should take legal matters on you really! Disgusting people

Communal service charge is ridiculous. 20.98 a month for bedsit for communal electric alone. For 31 bedsits on site way over 7000 a year. The lights are only on over night. The meter cupboard lights continually come on as ppl pass by. And the communal room outside light is on 24/7. That is a waste of our money. And yet they want us to pay for cleaning of soft furnishings and carpets in internal corridors which we do not have!

Someone tried breaking into my nans flat got woke up by the police telling me what happened and somehow they managed to get a key cut of my nans door she’s shaking and scared and won’t go home she said she thought someone had been in her flat before she got home this evening and now I definitely believe her seeing as they knew where the light was and there was a trainer imprint on the carpet after she had hoovered also she mentioned she feels like she’s being targeted by someone we need cameras in the hallways to keep everyone safe luckily she had the latch on because he reached into the flat and turned the light on if she didn’t who knows what would have happened and someone keeps kicking cars and chucking things at them early in the morning and I see them always get out a black bmw and looks like they’re off their head on drugs or drink sort it out also sort your parking system out I can’t park nowhere but it takes 1 year to get a parking spot for your flats car park doesn’t make sense when there’s only 3 cars in there out of 8 spaces sort it out disgrace
