Malcolm’s team did an excellent job moling a new water main into my property to upgrade from the old 15mm supply to 32mm. Turned up when they said they would. Quick, clean and a high standard of work with very little disturbance to my drive or lawn. House now has much better water pressure and flow and is finally able to cope with multiple taps / appliances / showers running simultaneously. Great!

We had been made aware from Welsh water regarding a leak on property, via the council we had been put in contact with M Thomas Water Ltd.I have never received such great, personable friend service ever! Nikki and Malcolm have been so quick with reply to emails, answering all questions right away and explaining the whole process and this is even before anyworks have been done (I will update once have)They've also taken the responsibility to communicate with Welsh water on our behalf to ensure we do not have to worry about anything!Thank you so much team! I would 100% recommended for any works in future.

Absolutely Fabulous service highly recommend

What a superb business!! I was at my wits end trying to resolve a low flow/pressure issue inside the house. Other plumbers had tried to solve it to no avail, and even Welsh Water couldn’t figure it out. We were destined to have a major excavation until Malcolm and his team stepped up (I found them via WaterSafe.org) - within 20 minutes of arriving the plumber had identified the problem “6 inches above a part that had been - now unnecessarily so - replaced by the previous plumber”. 10 minutes later and it was power-shower time and everything was back to normal! If you have a problem, and no-one else can help, call THIS A-team! Brilliant!!

These are professional, and good value for money. A different company has quoted me £1000 + VAT, which I thought was a rip off, and this company quoted me £400. Very happy with the service that they have given me
