My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Absolutely loved it. Very clean and spacious room with everything we needed. The room was exactly as advertised and beautiful. Tea, flavoured teas and coffees all supplied. Nothing was too much trouble. Totally recommended. Being on the 3rd floor added to my activity level as no lift, this didn’t bother us. No problems with Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again. The discount on the car park was also an added bonus.

Fabulous location and really cool building. We couldn’t hear any outdoor street noises or noises from other apartments which was nice, but there were some weird smells inside the apartment and the plumbing itself was really loud. There also aren’t elevators to all of the apartments, so be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs. Comfortable beds and amenities, and honestly, can’t beat the location and convenience.

Very nice apartment, but we had nit been warned we'd need to climb so many stairs with our luggage. All tenants were all locked out in the rain one night. We were told not to open the window, as it was broken. So apartment got very stuffy.

It was a nice stay. The location is great. The view from the castle when you go out side is beautiful. I liked the keypad locks on the door. But the hotel wifi even my 4G signals was so bad in the room.

Great location. Building is very quiet. We have not met anyone on the stairs. Only complaint is our room was at the very top of the building, 90 steps up. Not great if you are elderly or have a disability. No lift.

We went here for my hen and had the most amazing service. The rooms are very modern, classy and clean! 14 people were accommodated perfectly and everything was exceptional including the location! Very friendly staff. Will def be back!

I was there in late September 2022 with my wife and 3 kids. Great place to stay with the family. Very easy to check-in and check-out. Big apartment, very clean and had everything we needed. It's close to everywhere. Definitely will book again when I'm able to go back to Edinburgh, an amazing city.

Couldn't ask for a better location! Lovely staff and decent rooms. Be prepared though there isn't a lift and it's a noisy place to stay on the weekend with all the revellers on the street below making it tough to have a good night's sleep. Clean and comfortable rooms but ours had a bathroom which had quite a strong sewage smell, needs a plumber to help fix it I think.
