Alastair recently sourced me a lovely example that is in an impeccable condition. His communication throughout the buying process is the best I have ever come across and his attention to detail and preparation second to none. To add further complexity to the transaction I asked if Alastair would be able to have the car ready in a matter of days for me to take on a European road-trip. Frankly, I wasn’t expecting him to deliver as the timelines were very tight for the preparation required with inspections etc, however not only did he manage to get the car inspected by a main dealer, he also managed to get the car serviced and rectify all pre purchase inspection findings and also ensured the paint was protected in all key areas with PPF prior to my road trip. He even got personally involved (hands on) and supported the PPF installer to speed things up and have the car ready for me. Amazing service and customer centricity.
