*This is a restaurant review*Lots of style but short on substance. A couple had cause to complain about the length of time they had to wait for their food and subsequently the quality once it arrived. They were eventually refunded.Our meal took a while to come but the eggs were overdone (yolk was hard) and the bacon was dry and overcooked.Quite simply not as good as it looks or should be.

Such a lovely place to spend a rainy afternoon.Cafe was amazing but the menu is waaaaaay too long.Senior members of staff standing chatting about non work topics while minimum wage staff run around doing everything.Will be back to explore more.

Today myself and my friend took our 2 youngest boys to the carve a pumpkin event.We didn’t really have any expectations of what was on offer other than a pumpkin and tools to cut it with.We were really blown away by the set up, and the effort that webbs had gone to, in which to make this as themed as possible. The award for going above and beyond must go to Jo who not only dressed up but ensured that all children had what they needed to created their pumpkinsHighly recommend

Visited the cafe today which is lovely initially served very quickly as the cafe was quiet , on reordering more drinks the service was so slow. Waiting almost 20minutes for a pot of tea that was sat on the counter for almost 10 minutes and not that warm when it did arrive. Unfortunately didn't have the time to ask for another as we had to drink and go !

Regularly take my aunt for a look round and have a drink. Service in cafe is usually slow but today was exceptionally slow. The restaurant was very busy. Eventually our order was taken and then we waited and waited. 45 minutes later still no drinks. The young server was was very apologetic . I asked for a refund and we left . Still no sign of our drinks . Service really needs a great improvement

Not very well laid out, Christmas stuff all over the place. Check out staff, although efficient and nice, not very professional, one lady stuck a vicks nasal spray up her nose just as she was about to serve us! Fleeced in the book department, paid £14.99 later found for £6.10 and £11.20 elsewhere.

Lovely lunch of ciabatta, salad, fries and coffee. Excellently dressed, presented and tasted good. Nice ambience. Ample parking.
