Great place to change your battery, I didn't know exactly what battery I needed, but I called and Paul answered, he was very , very helpful and 30 min later I had a new battery at a Lower price than I searched anywhere online.Thank you !

I have been to the Bristol BBL branch a few times for a number of different reasons:- Advice on Lithium battery- Purchase repurposed batteries, battery cable, a solar panel, battery accessories...- Help with electrical system in my live-in vanI have the upmost respect for BBL and all the staff I have encountered. Firstly, the two chaps working on the front desk... they are an absolute delight to deal with. They have been there every time I go into the shop, and have been for years! I can't remember their names, but one of them has been there 18 years and the other almost 10 years. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need, answer any questions I have and support me fully in my van electrical system. Secondly, the Sales team on the phone are very knowledgeable and helpful, and I cannot fault them.I look forward to dealing with them in the future <3

Had issue with lithium battery not charging with batt to batt charger. Dave Hill has gone above and beyond helping to identify where the issue was. I’d purchased both battery and charger from the Truro branch and like I said, Dave has done more than I’d expect to help sort out that it was the charger at fault. Would definitely recommend using this company to anyone looking for such items.

A big thank you to BBL Batteries. I'd been worrying about the reducing voltage on my van battery but a test from these guys and a discussion on the ancillary draws on it has (a) saved me money on getting a new battery at this current time, and (b) given me a better understanding of the demands being made on the battery. I'll certainly come back when I need a new battery.

Excellent Service today, I took in my old 664A Avon battery, bought from you over 10 years ago which I use in my 1965 MF135 tractor and it had lost its cranking ability. A quick test showed that the battery had lasted surprisingly well but needed replacing. Very friendly service with clear explanations as to what was wrong and prompt replacement at good value. The best place to get batteries of any sort in Bristol

I had an issue with the electrics in one of our vans & our auto-electrician recommended we take it here to test the battery. A friendly, competent technician tested the battery & gave it the all clear.Just what you want - honest, straightforward service.Recommend.

Have visited Bristol Batteries on a few occasions and I'm always impressed by the friendly staff who give honest and genuine advice. On my last visit I was thinking I needed to replace the battery in my van and the helpful man offered to test the existing battery, which turned out to be ok, and he told me there would be no benefit in repalcing with a new one. It's nice to see honesty and makes me feel confident using Bristol Batteries in the future. Highly recommend for all your battery needs. Thank you.

Good choice of brand and type of batteries, all in stock and great advice before buying. Very reasonable price as well! Very pleased, will definitely be returning in the next week to purchase again for my other motorbike.
