Silent place, good for watching sea vessels, but it lacks a good infrastructure. It's hard to get there, there is some litter left by fishermen, and there are no benches to seat.

So sad to see A Perfect spot to look at City from Sea in such a poor condition. Still possible to access from Marina's Dunes but be careful coz officially not allowed

Since it collapsed it's been hard to reach but you still can get to the end if you go into the dunes and over the wall

Great views, fantastic place for a stroll or fishing (with permit) but it seems the pier is used as a bin... lots of rubbish left by visitors and people fishing. Worst at the end.

Good fishing spot if you like lazy fishing. Likely fish to catch are whiting and dogfish. You can catch smoothhounds and flatties on a good day.

This pier is being renovated at the moment, but you can still get onto it from the beach. It's just a nice walk out into bay and the sea air. The high walls will limit views over the bay for anyone short. The views over the docks are not so nice. A pleasant addition to a stroll around the SA1 waterfront, and marina.
