I would like to thank you both for your service today after the unexpected passing of my beautiful cavalier king charles molly,you treated her with such care and made everything much more bearable, especially with my children having been present.Words cannot express how devastated I am to have lost our molly so young and unexpected but having her back home on the same day has made the whole process alot easier.Diolch yn fawr

We had the best care from Sleepy hollows. After the devastating loss of our beloved boy, we rang and spoke with Mike who was so down to Earth and friendly.we were able to take him straight to Sleepy Hollows for a dignified and compassionate cremation. They were so understanding and talked us through what was to happen. We were able to say our final goodbyes in peace and we had the ashes back the following day.Cannot recommend enough.

Would highly recommend Sleepy Hollow, took our boy up there after he passed from kidney disease. We took him up and got to pick him up the next day. So professional and they were both extremely lovely. Thank you for looking after Ozzie for us, felt so safe leaving him there. 5* from us. We’ve used Sleepy Hollow twice now, and super impressed with the service both times!

Very pleased with the way Daisy was dealt with. Never had a pet cremated before but will definitely use them again. Mike and Pauline were lovely, very caring people.

Absolutely amazing service. We didn't want to leave our boy Rocky at the vets so we spoke to Mike and Pauline and arranged to take him there. So much more dignified than allowing the vet to arrange it. They were very compassionate and talked us through everything. Can't thank them enough.

Absolutely amazing! Looked after my little girl in January, never thought we would contact them again with our puppy Mikey! Thank you so much. You’re compassionate, understanding and look after our pet like they’re human! Which in my eyes they are! X

I lost my best mate Pip, an ESS aged 11. I was devastated to tell the truth. Sleepy Hollow was recommended to me and so I gave them a ring. I'm glad that I did because Mike was the most lovely, understanding person that I needed at that moment. He listened, not many people do that. He cremated Pip for me and I had his ashes back the next day in a beautiful casket. Pip is now back home where he belongs. I thoroughly recommend Sleepy Hollow without hesitation.

Mike you are an absolute gentleman, compassionate and thoughtful, it’s been an upsetting weekend with losing our Marley, you’ve been respectful from the first phone call and I would highly recommend you to anyone, to have Marley back on the same day has been comforting that he’s at peace.
