Very friendly and well established 'Portlandia' business, they cleaned and pressed a range of garments for me, including my dinner suit, winter coat and some smart pairs of trousers. Have an excellent knowledge of their trade and are enthusiastic about working in our area. Highly recommend.

I have been searching for a good dry cleaner since moving to Hove (Johnstons is unbelievably poor). This is it! The turnaround was fast, the quality of finish amazing (I even had paint on my jacket). I will definitely be using again and again.

This business is a local institution. Service is friendly, prompt and at a fair price; if there is a problem with timing or an issue with your cleaning they will tell you. The proprietor is an expert cleaner and we have relied on him many times to revitalise mucky clothes. Highly recommended.

APPALLING SERVICE!Placed a pair of *BRAND NEW* trousers in to be cleaned. When I returned to collect them they were torn on the seam. Asked how this could have happened and got no satisfaction. In addition to this the fabric (velvet) was all damaged by chemicals which were obviously too harsh for the fabric. The only comeback from the owner was that I return them to the store! These trousers were brand new! The damage was quite clearly caused by Bestways! The owner was rude and aggressive - will not be returning! You should be embarrassed to be a part of the Portland Road family!

the service they provided at the end of 5 days was disappointing. This was the worst service I have received in the industry. I definitely don't recommend it.
