From first contact to discuss our requirements we found Matt and Chris very professional. Gates and railings were delivered and fitted within the timescale given when quoted, and were of a very high standard of manufacture. However, after a couple of weeks we had a small issue.After contacting the guys they attended site the next working day to assess the problem and within 4 working days of notifying them all was resolved. This to us, proved that they are dedicated to giving their customers the very best possible service they can offer.We are extremely pleased with our purchase and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Iron Design was recommended to me by someone when i was desperate to find someone to do two custom rear bumper brackets for my truck. I was faced with either buying a new bumper kit or having the brackets custom made. Although they were very busy, they managed to find the time to make my brackets and they did an excellent job. They also quoted me a reasonable price and saved me a lot of money because i didnt have to buy the whole bumper kit. Highly recommended professionals!

Brilliant from start to finish! Repaired and upgraded our electric gates for a very reasonable price. Communication maintained throughout, Very punctual, very professional and extremely helpful. These guys deserve more than 5 stars. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent job, exactly as drawing provided. The two staff members that installed the balustrading were extremely pleasant and made sure they did not damage the flowers in the garden. They took the excess soil away and tidied up after them, couldn't recommend the company enough.

Great team a pleasure to work with. Matt and his team did a great job on fitting new gates and automation to our drive. From first contact Matt always responded promptly, explained the options and listened to what we wanted. Always came out when he said and paid attention to detail. Cleaned up afterwards and left us in full knowledge on how to work the gates. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a fantastic job. John.

Iron Design installed electric gates and railings at our house in autumn 2022.Matt co-ordinated everything from fabrication of the gates and railings, electrical works, driveway modifications and the final installation.Throughout the project, the communication and workmanship was first class. All of the jobs were carried out on the dates agreed and the site was always left in a clean and tidy state.On completion, the handover and explanation of operation of the gates was clear and thorough.We are delighted with the results and wouldn't hesitate in using Iron Design again.
