You have to wait a minute for the staff to stop staking food. To come to the tills to serve you. Always short staffed and but the staff that work there always polite .

Very bad experience when trying to return an Evri parcel female staff who is small with short hair said the scanner wasn't working don't if it wasn't exactly working or she didn't know how to use it with no printing facilities in store to able to print out the label and my home printer low on ink had to use someone else's printer caused me alot of stress and anxiety she didn't seem friendly when trying to complain online got replies from complaints staff saying as this store comes under mid counties company they can't accept my complaint and gave incorrect number to ring even though it allows you to select this store on the system. Looks more like covering for this staff member so the complaint isn't processed what a joke

Good little store, has most things we need weekly, could do with a little less pre packaged food and more fresh... other than that staff are really friendly and helpful. :)

Very handy to use and always have plenty variety as well as common household must have items. Fair pricing too. Great selection of wine and beers if you fancy a late evening bottle and a quick local stop to get one. As mentioned there's not always someone on the till and you may have to wait a second or two before they come over (as they're busy doing other things) but I've got bigger gripes to worry about in life so really isn't an issue for me. Easy parking at the side. Would like to see the council add double yellow lines outside the store as a lot of (inconsiderate) people will park across the front, holding up traffic, with headlights facing oncoming drivers and on (almost blind) bend approaching a bridge, when there's quite literally, a car park next to it. This isn't the stores fault of course, I just hope this might encourage people who are going there to think on about poor and inconsiderate waiting and parking.

Came in on my work break and purchased a pasta lunch. Upon realising there was no fork in it I went back and asked for one and was told 'Can't help you sorry'. Won't bother again.

Well what a scamming company you are. I had to cancel a deliveroo order due to the fact you have stuff up online to by then once it all goes through you withdraw that item from my order. You do that quite often but thats not the main problem here. My problem is after deliveroo cancelling my order which they done over the phone with you guys 10 mins later you proceed to still take payment off me. I shop with you guys quite a lot through deliveroo so i wouldnt expect this to happen. Wont be any more. Lucky enough deliveroo are refunding me due to your incompetence.
