I was in need of my eyebrows to be waxed, I had some trouble booking online so I messaged the Facebook page and they were very accommodating and booked me in on the same day! The lovely lady did a fabulous job of my eyebrows (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name!) I’m so pleased. Thank you so much x

I really wanted to like this place as the lady who owns it is lovely. However, I had a facial a few weeks ago and had to wait AN HOUR to get it done (having booked in the week) and had nails done last week (gel manicure). By Tuesday they were chipping very badly and now a week in i’ve Had to take them off. Total waste of money. Such a shame

I have always enjoyed coming here. I have been N9 beauty Lounge customer for about 2 years (since moving to the town).All the girls are wonderful and they always do a wonderful job.Today I had my lip filling done and I was very nervous and anxious about the treatment, but I must say that they did everything to comfort me and made my experience more relaxed and pleasant.I have always felt like a valued customer but today all the ladies went above and beyond, and that's what I call an excellent service.Thank youMaya

The salon is super clean and welcoming, I've found it really hard to find a good salon and I'm so glad to have found them! I can really trust them with whatever beauty treatment I choose.

I went in for a nail shape and gel application. Chloe took her time with ensuring my nails were the shape I desired and that my cuticles were tidy. I felt comfortable throughout the process and I’m very happy with the end result.

Molly rescued my awful nails. Had acrylics a few weeks ago and they were terrible! Molly spent an age taking them off for me and even stayed late to put gels on for me so I still had nice nails! highly recommend.

I had a amazing facial at this new beauty room in Tenterden today. Relaxed and calm atmosphere with continuous chair massage during facial. Quite remarkable. Lovely staff. Will be back and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Love No 9! Really lovely new owners and such a beautiful place to come for fantastic treatments. Highly recommend the eyebrow wax and shaping and will definitely come again!
