Took my deposit and told me I owned the car. On the day I came to pick up the car they gave me lies and excuses to where they were. The car wasn't even in the lot. I got a call an hour after driving home to say it broke down" and could no longer be sold. Just keep away from this waste of time dealership."

This is a used car lot but I was treated as if in a showroom. Staff were knowledgeable and really honest. I have had my car for over 12 months now and want to upgrade I will be visiting them over the weekend.

Avoid.I purchased a car from here. A little old Peugeot (Automatic). I noticed few months later noise coming from exhaust and the temperature gauge would zoom. Raised my concerns with the garage. Apparently this was not covered in my 3 month warranty. Be careful as they word which parts they cover only! Then they try to sell you a service!MY exhaust had a hole which had already been previously welded. Now hidden tied together by a rag. The price for an automatic exhaust? (Well I guess that is why the car was there). The fluctuating temperature was an ongoing challenge for many mechanics!Check your warranty before purchasing a vehicle from these people. I wouldn't even trust them for a tyre change!

Worst service ever. Thay brake my aluminium rims. I'm not recomand for nobody. After they brake my rims pretend are innocent. Just people without knowledge on working.

Had to leave a review here as it seems like a chalk and cheese effect, Having read some of the comments below I'm not sure it's the same dealer.I've been looking for a car since mine was written off in a RTA and had visited a dozen used car places. Top Gear was my last one as I bought the car. The seller was genuinely nice, not pushy and the car itself other than a couple of minor issues which were either fixed or had money reduced so I could fix it when I got home, the car though runs like a dream. The dealer couldn't of been more helpful or polite, I choose cars not just by the car themselves, but also who I'm buying them from. My gut told me I could trust the dealer and I've not been proved wrong.Given the other reviews if you're thinking of buying a car here, but are put off by the other reviews just go in and see her. You'll see then what I mean. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again, in fact it would be the first place I'd go, and I live 250 miles away, although am staying locally at the minute.

Do not buy from this so called dealer it’s more of a scrapyard. I have bought a VW polo from here and it has unfortunately broken after 9 days of me owning the car!! (Possible gear box issue)!! They have charged me £125 for the mileage that I have driven even though they have sold me a faulty car!! They advised me to replace a car part that cost me £320 and now they are refusing to refund me!! Stay far away from them. They are very disgusting people and the customer service is shocking!! Trading standards should be on them

Just bought my new work van from here, very happy with the service, very honest and not pushy at all. Would recommend.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR TYRES DONE HERE!!!I had a blow out on the M6, and this was the closest option to change my spare!I had the tyre replaced here, and after all of the issues, I found out they had used a gun above legal limit to tighten the locking nut.After having multiple branded places attempt to change the tyre, I ended up with two broken locking nuts, I eventually had to use a specialist to remove the locking nut from the tyre!So a “cheaper” option tyre ended up costing me over £350 to replace!DO NOT USE!!!!

If I could give no stars I really would. Would highly avoid this business, they are dodgy, sell faulty dangerous cars and 10000% not worth wasting your time and effort as you will just end up in so much stress! Go to a proper FCA regulated dealership!! AVOID!!!!!And for you to say I had personal issues, yes the issues and stress you put me through, by selling me a dodgy car. Feel sorry for the next customer who purchases the white Vauxhall Astra! Avoid!!! You sold me a dangerous car - currently in proceeds with the ombudsman!
