Thistle Property have been Looking after my property for over a year. I contacted Dave when I was ready to rent my flat and everything that seemed so daunting Dave simplified and put me at ease. He took my keys, took some photos and had the property live straight away then rented out a week or so later. Now they handle everything and so efficiently as I live in another country, Dave is amazing and I couldn't recommend Thistle Property more!

I was nervous to use a letting agent as I had always managed my properties myself however, I just felt it was time to hand that aspect of being a landlord over to a professional and I'm so glad I did. Dave at Thistle properties was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive, he viewed the property and advised that he felt we could actually get a higher rental income from our flat which I was delighted with. Dave then managed all aspects of the letting from that point which took all the stress and worry away from myself and we now have fantastic new tenants, Id highly recommend Dave and his team at Thistle Property

We have been renting a flat for two months from Thistle Letting. Dave has been amazing from the very offset. During our viewing we felt very safe (everyone had masks, well distanced etc) and Dave answered all of our questions. After we agreed to let the flat we received all of our documentation quickly and Dave has again been super fast at resolving any queries that we had. Would definitely recommend!
