First time I went I was 8 months pregnant and had a lovely experience with Lisa who did my nails and was super lovely. Rebooked using a Groupon voucher for my sister and also a normal appointment for myself but had to cancel 24 hours before due to me going into labour I tried calling for ages and messaged the owner lisa and then finally spoke to her about the situation and she seemed so nice and said don’t worry come back once you have the baby. However then a couple of minutes later I get a notification from my bank that she’s charged me £10 for the service I never used. On top of that redeemed the Groupon voucher the day I made the reservation rather than once it was used. I appreciate businesses have a cancellation policy but I think she could’ve rescheduled me hence the fact I was in labour. After I realised i was going to be charged I asked if I could keep the original appointments and send someone else to get the treatments to which she replied she was fully booked but then when I went onto the website appointments were still available. When I mentioned this to Lisa she accused me of saying she was lying and mysteriously the appointments disappeared. I would not use this salon again after this awful experience and feel a bit of compassion wouldn’t do any harm for the business, rather than bombarding me with abusive messages. Very unprofessional in my opinion

Firstly I love going to salons for treatments, when I walked into Lisa's salon it was amazing so clean,bright and when I meet Lisa again was so lovely an absolute amazing therapist so professional and passionate about her work, my facials were top class and I will definitely be back xxxKeep up the great work Lisa you are a star x

Lovely staff and well decorated! It genuinely encourages a peaceful feeling when you enter. Great ambience and very welcoming. Genuine conversation with the Lisa's makes you feel at home and like you've treated yourself. Would love to visit again☺️

Had a lovely 60min facial at the weekend. Lisa was very knowledge and informative re the products she used on my face. Very relaxing and skin felt fantastic after!Lost one star as communication was not the best. Initially I rang the landline several times and it rang out every time (no option to leave a voice message which was frustrating). Best way to get Lisa was via text message.

Best place ever to get gel nails, I had to take my 2 kids which was no issue at all, the girl is just lovely they make u feel so at home o would highlight recommend to everyone salon is lush - i now get my nails done here every 3 weeks as they last that long with lots of colours to pick from

Can't recommend this salon enough, beauty treatments are fantastic. Lisa really knows her stuff. Hairdressers is also fantastic.

Had my nails done with Liaa this morning. She was very welcoming & chatty. Very professional & I love my nails. Definitely recommend this place.

I felt rip off finally because i didn't get service ni money back. She redemeed the service 2 days before to my appointment and to cancel the day before fora missuderstanding and she didn't let to fix it for it.

Turned up without an appountment. Magda was just fantastic. 100% professional in her approach. Friendly and outgoing.. will be back again.
