Poor customer service. 3 MONTHS I have been waiting for an appointment. If you dont live in Stockport dont waste your money and your time contacting them. I live in Merseyside and paid a wowcher deal on the 19th February 23 for a boiler service. Its now the 19th May 23. I have contacted them so many times to arrange an appointment. I was informed there wasn't enough bookings in your area and they will be in touch. When??? The wowcher deal expires today 19th May. I have managed to get half back on wowcher credit. If you can not provide the service, why advertise on WOWCHER.
