Dave is a true professional. He saw me on short notice, went far above and beyond the call of duty and reorganised his schedule for the day so he could stay and do extra work that I requested.I would absolutely recommend him in a heartbeat and I will not hesitate to call him again.

Poor This guy was paid to service my Worcester. Within minutes he told me that the brackets had crumbled when he attempted to open the casing to do the service. He said they needed replacing on my one year old boiler. He left fully paid, but did not fix the casing of the boiler, instead left the covering plates on the floor.I had to book a second gas engineer come. After examining the casing he stated that the reason that the brackets snapped was because the casings had not been opened properly, there were levers on each side that have to been released. There is instruction on how to open the casing to access the boiler for servicing but the instruction was not followed.If this gas engineer cant even open the casing properly to service a boiler I worry about the quality of the rest of the work. This is only my experience, but please be careful.If he had been honest and admitted he caused the brackets to snap and offered to put it right I would have had a lot more respect for him and wouldn't have written this review.
