Fantastic service. Ali was always available to answer queries and show us around the house. Everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally. From offer to move-in took 6 weeks (and would have been quicker if not for the solicitor).As first time buyers, the Cool Water team really helped us to understand the buying process and gave us some useful tips to speed things along too.Would highly recommend!

Nice agency with big experience in buying and selling/ rent properties.
