Would give 0 stars if I could. Had an interview slot booked with this company. Was on the call the whole hour after booking a morning off work, for no one to actually join the call. Complete unreliable time wasters.

Incompetent, dishonest, and responsible for massive data leaksI work as a contractor for a large systems integration company. A few weeks ago it made a decision to outsource their staffing functions for contractors to the Guidant Global division of Impellam. In preparation for the outsourcing, Impellam were sent the personal details of most of the contractors, including mine. Based on my preliminary research into Impellam and reading reviews, I had my doubts about their professionalism. For instance, we were invited to send emails with our questions, however, none of my emails were answered. I received multiple communications from Impellam containing URLs to their website, however, all the URLs had mistakes and it was impossible to get to Impellam’s website using them. I welcomed the opportunity to attend an online meeting with Impellam and ask questions.During the meeting I asked questions about whether my personal data would be kept secure and GDPR (Data Protection) compliance. I was assured by two Impellam staff members, Darryl Miller and Rachel Baugh that I should have no concerns, and there is complete GDPR compliance. Unknown to me at that time, there had been a massive data privacy breach by Impellam less than two hours earlier. My personal information had been sent to circa 300 individuals who should not of had the information. Hundreds of other people are in a similar situation as a result of the data breach. This was known to Darryl Miller when he answered my questions as he was the source of the data breach.Naturally I am very concerned about the data breach since this exposes me to identify theft, impersonation, fraud, and hacking. The leaked information included the my sign-on ID to my employer’s time keeping and expense claim system.I sent an email to Darryl Miller, copying Impellam CEO Julia Robertson inquiring into the data breach and follow up actions, but did not receive the courtesy of a reply.

I worked for them for 1.5 years, they have no respect for their people, they are not helpful at all. Now I lost my job despite assurances that everything is ok, and finally I have to wait 4 to 5 weeks for my money and the p45 document. This agency is the worst agency I have ever dealt with . I suggest everyone to avoid this agency, and I recommend industrial agency

If you have the misfortune of having to deal with this unprofessional, amateur outfit, I really pity you.I was sold incorrect details for a job and they lost document after document (copies of references, birth certificates and driving licences) despite being sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery with proof.I was spoken to on a constant basis, inappropriately and that the matter was my own fault.Please avoid at all costs.

They have employed some Incompetent supervisors at John Lewis Magna Park no idea how they keep their position some are really annoying and upsetting employees, they have no respect for very good workers, it's a shame.

Applied to John Lewis Magna Park, and been waiting 3 weeks for my first shift. They barely reply to emails and texts, very frustrating and disappointed in how they treat people.

I did work experience in 2018 and the staff their are horrible, they talked about me behind my back, when I entered the room they all were quite, I felt uncomfortable. Also one of the staff, the lady kept making do pivot tables again and again again (because I was learning how to create it and was a slow learner) it was almost like she was taking the p because no breaks, also the work was so basic, and staff are not friendly or welcoming

During the interview I have requested for PM shift only with Guidant Global. But my induction was scheduled on AM shift . Now all the shift only show me AM shift .I have told to management that I can't do AM shift since I'm looking after my daughter during AM ( childcare responsibility )so I can't do any shift on AM Shift I have requested for PM shift multiple times again . No one responded positively and all the management team provides different things. Then I'm forcefully applying P45. So I can't do anymore shift now .Really bad experience, please think twice while choosing Guidant Global if you have child or childcare responsibility.
