Bravissimo

Having read the reviews we decided to travel to the shop in Solihull as the wife needed help with a bra prior to surgery,oh dear what a dissopointment, all we got was don't do them and here is 2 websites we can try written on the back of a business card...went to John Lewis and the service was brilliant,the assistant had time and patience and we got 20%..vat back due to wife bring a cancer patient...

I've been recommended to get myself measured here at bravissimo. I don't like the fact that the ladies don't get a tape measure and measure you properly. The ladies just love to chuck you in a bra and say that's your size. Unfortunately I've get measured here at bravissimo because they're the only ones that cater for big cups disappointing really, and I hate the panache bra staff enjoy chucking me this horrible bra it's scared me and i hate that bra. Bravissimo just have expensive bras. Wish I could go somewhere else tbh. Been coming here for years.

Such a wonderful experience! Honestly, highly recommend. Having gone to other brands and left so disheartened, going to Bravissimo I left so happy. I was mainly dealt with by Vicki and she was fabulous!

I visited the Solihull branch of Bravissimo today on the off chance they could fit me in for a fitting.The whole experience was amazing. They got me in straight away, I was then greeted by my fitter, Tamara, who showed me to the fitting room. She was fantastic at her job, so enthusiastic and encouraging, professional, but also really easy to talk to!Tamara got my size spot on, and although the bras she brought me fit perfectly, they were not my style, she immediately went away and got me a whole range!!! I found my perfect bras from this pile and ended up going away with two! Everyone was so helpful but a massive thank you to Tamara who made my experience 10x better! I will be going back and I definitely recommend!

Tamara was most helpful and patient, she helped me pick through the items and was lovely to deal with.. customer service always top end.. thank you Fiona and Amy aswell who were so polite and provide great service

I ordered a strapless bra online on Saturday 02/09/23 and opted for a pick up in store at Solihull, I rang today 07/09/23 at 6:10pm to see if it had been delivered (although I hadn’t had an email confirmation) I spoke to Jess on the phone and asked if they had taken delivery of the bra, it was not in store but Jess checked to see if they had the same bra or similar in stock, Jess came back and advised that she had some similar sizes if I wanted to come into the store, I arrived in the store shortly after 6:30pm whereby Jess had already put a few bras to one side ready for me to try, and after about 8 bras later we found the perfect one ! This was nearly 7pm (closing time) when I said to Jess it was nearly 7 and nearly time for her to finish she still didn’t rush me ! I just wanted to let you know that Jess’s customer service was excellent !!! And she is an asset to the store ! Also Amy who served me was very pleasant and helpful too but I had more dealing with Jess, well done to both ladies for excellent customer service ! I myself am a Customer care manager and appreciate good service when I receive it, so many people write reviews when they receive bad service but not enough people do when it’s good ! Thank you to you both !

I loved this shop first time going in there to get properly fitted and because I'm really self conscious with how I look I was [another word for worried?] but the women in there was so awesome that served me and helped me to get fitted I would definitely recommend to anyone that is like me and is apprehensive come here!! Thanks again for all the staffs support
