This hotel is perfectly located, just a 5 min walk from st Pancras international. Therefore I will give it 5 stars. But for the rest this hotel is not worth a star. It is extremely expensive, but hey unfortunately that’s London. If this hotel had offered a good bed, just a bit of a bigger room, and walls that are not made from cardboard I would have given it more than one star.Luckily the rooms are tidy and the bathroom is clean (seems it’s recently been refurbished). The hallways and the route to your room is a challenge, and there is no lift in the building.Sleeping here is a nightmare. I am wondering what kind of beds they have. Is it a water bed? An air bed? A trampoline maybe? What the actual F is it? It’s super small and it’s constantly moving even while laying still. As said, the walls are very thin, you hear the buzzing sound of incoming messages from your neighbors through the wall. So… Do you want to get up the next morning without any sleep? Or having the plan raving all night and morning, and are in search for storaging your luggage? In need for a good shower? And willing to pay a horrible amount of pounds? Go here!If not? Please search for something else.

Our room was spotlessly clean. It had a skylight that was easy to open, very welcome aircon system. The room was small and compact but it had everything we required. Perfect for a stay in central London. 5 minutes from King's Cross Station. Plenty of bars, restaurants, food shops nearby. Self check in was hassle free. Limited contact with staff but they were friendly and polite on approach.

Is it the fanciest place? No, but the price reflects that. The best value for money budget hotel around Kings Cross, with the best location of them all too. Staff were super friendly and on hand to help when needed and if I ever need to stay in the area again Keystone House will be my first choice!

Basic hotel in an unbeatable location, only a couple minutes away from St Pancras Kings Cross. Check-in is 3pm on the dot, with the option of purchasing 1pm check-in. Check-in is done through a code so no flexibility on getting in earlier.PROS:- Location makes it the perfect choice if you need to catch an early train from the station.- Rooms were clean and decently sized for two people with luggage (standard double with ensuite).CONS:- There’s no luggage storage on-site so will need to use a nearby luggage storage place.- There’s no elevator in the building, and getting to the rooms can be a labyrinth through different corridors and climbing various staircases.

Paid for a room for 3 when we arrived they swapped our rooms last minute to a double bed, we went to ask for a pop up bed and were told it would be added to the room by 11pm. 11 came around and no bed but we were told we had to PAY for another one despite already paying for a 3 bedroom! Luckily for us the staff was lovely and understanding so he bought us a bed (he had to carry it up 3 flights of narrow stairs) and we set it up for the night, by this time it was 2am. That was only one issue throughout our stay, the mattress was bloody awful I couldn’t sit on it without a spring sticking in me, the pop up was comfier then the double bed. Then to top it off we got awoken by the fire alarm at 8am, now I know you can’t control when it goes off but you can control safety, there were no instructions on where to go so when we went to the lobby we just stood there and watched as staff were panicking trying to shut the alarm off and trying to call the owner, it didn’t put a lot of confidence in me.This all happened in June and since then I’ve been trying to contact them with multiple emails and phone calls but I’ve been ignored every time, honestly worst stay I’ve ever had. At least it was cheap but even for £135 I expect a useable bed and the amount I booked

Nice well maintained rooms. There is free tea and coffee in the room, not enough water. Very good location, close to the tube to get to all points of London. From the minuses it is necessary the first time to agonise with a code on a door and big labyrinths in corridors.

Let's start with the good things. It will be quick. The location is convenient if you are taking a train from King's Cross. And the shower works well.BE AWARE NO LIFT, STEEP NARROW STAIRS.The place is a labyrinth, narrow corridors, lots of stairs. The room I stayed did not have room for the open suitcase on the floor. So I slept with it on the bed. The air conditioner works but with such a tiny room it freezes you. On the other hand, in late August, the only thing on the bed is a 5 cm thick quilt that will cook you.But let's get to the worst. Noise. I woke up at 1 am with a door slamming. Then someone decided to take a shower. Then boom, apparently fell in the shower. When I was almost asleep again, another neighbor taking a shower. More doors slamming. The noise insulation is so poor you can hear the light switch from close rooms.Try at your own risk.

The location is unbeatable. You’re barely mins away from King’s Cross, and you’re located near kebab shops, pubs and bars if you’re into those kinds of things. The room air conditioning was great too. Room is also sufficiently spacious. However, the bed was quite terrible. It felt like you were sleeping on springs and you sink in quite a lot. Also, one of the staff members (a lady) was quite curt when it came to luggage storage. But the other staff members were nice. Overall, great value for prime location.

My husband and I have just stayed here for 5 nights and can thoroughly recommend. We had room 301 which was very quiet and clean. I loved the bed and pillows. The staff here cannot be more helpful or friendly. My only negative is there's no lift but the price reflects that. Great location with plenty of good food choices.

Great location, self check-in, but the staff present in case of problems. Nice decor in rooms, looks fresh. I only don't recommend it to people with mobility problems (many stairs).
