Took a quality white t-shirt in to be dry cleaned and it has back with worn spots and a large off colour stain. The shirt had 2 very small spots I wanted to the cleaners to attempt to remove. They mentioned that the spots may not come out (which is fine) but that they would try. Now instead I have a very large brown stain instead, as well as worn through areas that didn't exist before - it looks like cleaning chemicals have been spilt on it and eaten away the fabric.I wish they had owned up to it at the time (the cleaner must have known), instead they didn't mention it and I didn't find out until I got home.
