Rubbish customer service, sales rep mis-sold just trying to get sale over the line. Ended up paying an additional deposit I was told I wouldn't have to pay. Constant system glitches with a poor app and getting hold of customer service is virtually impossible with booked calls that representatives don't even turn up to. Will be cancelling as soon as 12 months is up.

Lovely customer service and they are always advised on what to do. Gave me step-by-step instructions. It might take two calls to get through as they are busy, and there is a waiting time, but that’s not a big problem for me.

I recently signed up with Bonline for my business broadband, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, especially considering I've been with them for less than a month. While we were aware of the 7+ day delay from the promised installation date before signing up, it turned out to be just the beginning of our troubles.For the first week, the broadband worked fine, but soon after, we encountered persistent issues. A noticeable outage occurred, which was eventually resolved. However, the real problem began when we found ourselves unable to access crucial websites for our business, such as Rightmove and Outlook. Despite reaching out to Bonline multiple times every day for weeks, the issue remains unresolved.Bonline sent BT engineers on three separate occasions, each time insisting that the problem is not on their end. But according to BT, everything has been checked and verified, and the fault lies with Bonline. I've diligently followed their instructions, repeating the same troubleshooting steps over 10-20 times, yet the problem persists.Adding to the frustration, on many occasions, Bonline representatives have abruptly hung up the phone during our attempts to resolve the issue. This lack of professional communication only exacerbates the challenges faced by my business.In an attempt to resolve the matter, I considered canceling the contract. However, Bonline's response has been far from understanding. They are dismissive of the fact that the issue lies with their service and insist on charging termination fees. It's disheartening to deal with a company that fails to acknowledge its shortcomings and places the burden on the customer.Moreover, my office has been closed for two weeks due to the lack of internet, resulting in significant disruptions to my business operations. My overall impression of Bonline is one of frustration and disappointment. The unreliable service, unhelpful customer support, and business disruption have made my business suffer. I strongly advise others to stay away from Bonline and explore more reliable alternatives for their broadband needs.

Engineer visit was extremely helpful. the engineer was really patient and did not leave the premises until I was there. The Bonline technical support line agent Craig was really helpful in dealing with my problem. he provided me compensation for the time I missed out with broadband which was much appreciated, overall excellent service much recommended
